Among his many accomplishments for the Super Y-League was the preparation of the leagues Olympic Development Programs, which offer players that compete in the Super Y-League an alternative Olympic Development Program that provides players the opportunity to be recognized for U.S. National Team programs in their club environment through league play.
In 2002, he was instrumental in writing the agreement that brought U.S. Club Soccer and the Super Y-League together. The two organizations now work together on developing youth soccer in the United States.
Weibe has served on the Board of Directors of U.S. Soccer since 2002, and at the tender age of 26 is the youngest member on the board.
