Club Page Instructions for Club Administrators
The Super Y-League and Demosphere have organized and developed a new club page system to give the most professional look for your clubs and our league. The following includes the many advantages to the new club and team pages on the website:
  • Ability to post and update your individual club information as well as straightforward  accessibility to other clubs information as well.
  • Chromatic display of uniform colors and fundamental design. 
  • Detailed field directions to ensure efficacious travel to facilities.
  • Capability to include all club and individual team contacts such as:
      1. Club Administrators
      2. Coaches
      3. Team Managers
  • Display Club Logos
  • Comprehensive quick view exhibit of team and individual data:
      1. Team Rosters including functional college scouting statistics such as:
                       - Height
                       - Weight
                       - Date of Birth / Citizenship
                       - Graduation Year 
      2. Scheduling
      3. Profiles that specify pertinent data useful to recruiters, as well as local media
      4. Team Photos
  • Capacity to post news stories from previous games, upcoming events, tryout dates, honors received, etc. to further demonstrate and promote your club's success.
  • The most professional look for your clubs and our league.

These club pages are a minimum standard requirement for clubs that compete in the Super Y-League.  The below instructions provide a step-by-step process that will enable the Club Administrator to successfully complete their club page.  The estimated time to compete the club page section for a club that contains 10 teams in the league is about 1.5 hours. 

Club Page Instructions

The following instructions have been assembled for the Club Administrators use to add club information into www.superyleague.com .

Adding Coaches:

- Log into the club pages by going to the administration section of the web site and log in by using your email address and password, which you have been provided.

- Go to Team Staff Administration.

- Add Team Staff to Pool.

- Fill out form and click ‘save’.  You can add these coaches onto your team in the roster administration section of the site.

Adding Team Managers / Administrators:

- Log into the club pages by going to the administration section of the web site and log in by using your email address and password, which you have been provided.

- Go to Club Administration.

- Add New Club Official.

- Fill out form and click ‘save’.  You can add these coaches onto your team in the roster administration section of the site.

Editing Team Pages, including Roster, Colors, Uniforms, Team Staff, etc.:

- Log into the club pages by going to the administration section of the web site and log in by using your email address and password, which you have been provided.

- Go to Edit Team Pages.

- Choose Season: Super Y-League 2005 and click go.

- Click the team you would like to edit.

- From here you can edit, the team roster numbers, player profiles, uniform colors, site colors, logo, upload a picture, and add the club’s official website.  You can also add in team staff by clicking “contacts” on this page and click “add team staff from club pool”.

Adding Players:

- Players will be added by the Super Y-League and US Club Soccer.  Once players are registered and paid for, the player will appear in your player pool.  You can then add these players onto the individual team or teams by doing the following…

- Log into the club pages by going to the administration section of the web site and log in by using your email address and password, which you have been provided.

- Click Roster Administration.

- Choose Season: Super Y-League 2005 and click go.

- Click the team you would like to edit.

- Click “Add player from club pool”.
