The Super Y-League with Demosphere International released a new component to www.superyleague.com . The addition of the Club Pages will enable the clubs and the league to be more effective in administration as well as highlight t
he club and players.
Additions to the Club Pages include the ability to post player profiles for the league's ODP system. Also, clubs will be able to more effectively have a tool for administration that includes information of the club, schedules, standings, team administrator contact information, facility directions and post club photos and logos.
"This is a great tool for clubs to make management of their teams more effective," added Matt Weibe, Director of the Super Y-League. "Most people don't realize the administrative aspects involved in operating sports leagues. This new system will aid the administration as well as highlight clubs and players in the league. We use Demosphere International, the best soccer management web site developers in the world. The SYL will be the standard for league management utilizing technology."
Club Administrators will have the direct ability to input information through this user friendly process into their club pages through a protective password system and make changes or additions at anytime to their rosters, player profiles, pictures or facilities.
"One of the more important aspects to the club pages are the player profiles. We want to utilize technology as much as possible when identifying players. This will enable the SYL ODP scouting system to find out more about players including their birth date and citizenship for identification to U.S. National Team Programs. This information will also be available to all collegiate coaches for recruitment to their institutions," added Weibe.
All Primary Club Contacts have been distributed their password for their club and will begin inputting their club information over the next week.
