The festival organizing committee will provide a list of hotel, local transportation, travel & entertainment reservations. The staff at the festival will aid team managers in coordinating all of the hotel reservations, hotel room deposits, van rentals and player flex passes.

 

All accepted teams are not required to utilize festival preferred hotels, which will have discounted rates, but will be required to have all accommodation and travel arrangements made by March 1, 2004. Further details will be available on receipt of team’s acceptance.
