The festival is designed for elite competitive boy’s teams from around the world, with particular emphasis on North American and Western European countries. A maximum of 20 teams will enter each of the individual age championships, and each team will be guaranteed a minimum of 4 round robin group matches with group leaders / runners up advancing to the semi-finals and final. Teams not advancing to through to the final four will advance to the consolation bracket for an additional match. All teams will have a minimum of 5 games and maximum of 6.
(Pending finalization of Euro 2004 qualifying teams and draw in December of 2003, a Super U19 age group championship with no more than 8 teams may also be added to the Festival.)

Rosters
Teams may register a minimum of 16 players and a maximum of 24 players for the festival. A maximum of 18 players may be eligible for each match.

Each age category will contain 4 groups of 5 teams for a total of 20 teams. Each team will compete in in four games within the group leaving a rest day for the team on either the 18th, 19th, 20th, 21st or 22nd. The top 2 teams from each bracket will advance to the Quarter Finals followed by the Semi Finals and the Final match. . Those not qulaifying for the Quarter Finals or Quarter Fianalist not qulaifying for the Semi Finals will be guaranteed consolation matches. Every team will play a minimum of 5 matches.
