The festivals participation fee is based on a charge of $60.00 (USD) per player, based off of a minimum of 16 players and a maximum of 24 players based at the teams’ discretion. Any club entering at least 3 teams in separate age groups will have a reduction in the participation fee to $50.00 per player.
The participation fee includes a flex pass for participation in the festival, discounted ticket to a Euro 2004 match, and various events and items.
A deposit of $350.00 USD is required upon submission of the application. Upon selection of the team, the remaining balances based on the minimum 16 players will be due by December 1, 2003. Any additional players added after this are required to submit payment by March 1, 2004.
The Application entry fee will be refunded if the team is not selected. If a team withdraws after acceptance of application, the paid participations fees are forfeited.
Checks should be made payable to Soccer Management International (SMI).
All entry fees will be deposited upon receipt. Deposit of the entry fee does not indicate acceptance of the team.
