The Festival is being organized in partnership with North America’s premier youth league, the Super Y-League, a division of United Soccer Leagues.  USL is the elite player development system in the U.S. and Canada for professional and amateur soccer players. The Festival is the brainchild of United Soccer Leagues Founder and President Francisco Marcos (right), a native of Portugal, and a forty-two year resident of the United States, who will personally host and oversee the management of the event.

Coordination of the event will be under the guidance of Matt Weibe (below right), Director of the Super Y-League for United Soccer Leagues.
