You would take any route you can to I-95S / 295S to the Throgs Neck Bridge. Throgs Neck Bridge to Cross Island Parkway South (toward Long Island) to the Long Island Expressway East (495 E) to  Exit 44N (Route 135N). Take it to the end to Route 25 East. Go three traffic lights east to Southwoods Road and make a left. The fields are on the right about 1/4 mile past the high school on the right.
