It is the belief of our organizations that a competitive league system will assist the development of the game and create more economical and efficient operating leagues for clubs, players and coaches.  Other youth governing organizations focus most of their rules around the majority of their players, which are recreational.  These divisions within the Super Y-League are not involved with recreational soccer, so we develop and build these programs based on the needs of these clubs and the leagues.
