Minimum Requirements for Entry
Clubs will be selected for this division based off results of the 2008 seasonal year, and compliance of the minimum standards. For new Super Y-League divisions, clubs must be at the highest competitive levels within their State / Region / Province ( ). Each organization must secure a facility within the minimum standards of the league. All teams must have a team manager for the duration of the season that will be responsible for all team management, communication, scheduling and registration.

Schedule
The regular season will consist of 8-10 matches depending on the playing division and age group. The total point leader within the division will culminate the season with the Super-20 League North American Finals, which will consist of a minimum four games. 

Season Dates
Regular season play will begin no earlier than May 1, 2009 depending on the geographic division. The regular season will culminate July 19, 2009. The North American Finals will tentatively be held the first weekend of August.

League Fees
The league fee of $1000.00 covers administration, scheduling, referee assignment, public relations, marketing, regular season standings, statistics, web site, and the staging of the North American Finals. 

Performance Bond
Each club will be required to provide a Cash Bond or Letter of Credit of $500.00 per team to ensure that the commitments of each of the clubs minimum standards requirements.

Rosters
Club pass system (18 players max per game day roster).

Immigration/Nationality
No restrictions.

Recruiting
No restrictions. Teams may recruit players year round.
