Top Drawer Soccer 2016 class features 25 SYL players
TopDrawerSoccer.com released another Top 150 players list this week, this time the Boys 2016 graduating class. Continuing the trend of a high number of USL Super Y-League players on the lists the new rankings include 25 past and current SYLers, including Cameron Lindley, who leads the list. Twenty of the boys have participated with the U.S. National Team, as well.

The latest development sees the men’s and women’s U20 teams playing out of the Glassboro Elite.
U12 SYL Finals Berth Allocations Announced
2012 North American Finals set for Dec. 7-11
United Soccer Leagues released the U12 age group qualification allotments today for the 2012 Super Y-League North American Finals presented by Umbro. The 2012 SYL season marks the second year of the U12 age group’s inclusion. A total of 12 boys’ teams and eight girls’ teams from the Mid Atlantic, Midwest, South Atlantic, and Southeast divisions will meet at IMG Academies in Bradenton, Florida, from December 7-11 to compete for the Super Y-League championship.

St. Pete-based club latest to join VSI family
Everton Florida announced today that it has formed a partnership with VisionPro Sports Institute (VSI), a globally known provider of elite development coaching for youth players. Beginning with the 2012-13 season, theclub will play under the VSI Pinellas Flames brand, replacing the previous Everton name.
Super-20 Finals Allotments Announced
24 teams to clash at IMG Academies
United Soccer Leagues announced today the Super-20 League divisional allotments for the 2012 Super-20 League North American Finals presented by Umbro. Sixteen teams from the men’s division and eight teams from the women’s division will compete for championship honors this year. The men’s and women’s finals will be held July 19-22 at IMG Academies in Bradenton, Florida.

Fifty-eight current and former USL Super Y-League and Super-20 League standouts are currently featured on TopDrawerSoccer.com’s Girls National Top 150 Rankings. Released on May 7, the 2015 Girls list features 15 standouts from the Super Y-League, to go along with the 2013 and 2014 lists. Katherine Cousins (Richmond Kickers) and Betsy Brandon (Colorado Rush) were named in the top five of the 2015 rankings. In addition, 33 of the girls have participated with the U.S. National Team in some capacity.
